Shoe Sensations delivers WorldWide. Our packages are generally delivered by Swift, SkyNet Worldwide Express or DHL Express Courier and may require a signature on receipt.

We offer a 14 days return policy during which you are able to return your item for an exchange or a refund.
The following requirements must be met for goods to be refunded or exchanged:
• Goods must be unworn and in original condition
• Goods must be returned in their original box
• Goods must be received within 21 days from date of complaint/query
If shoes are deemed by us to be worn, marked or used, a refund will not be processed and a return shipping fee of US$30.00 charged.
Please note that shoes requiring return to Shoe Sensations remain the responsibility of the customer and are returned at the customers expense. As Shoe Sensations does not take responsibility for a return parcel until it is delivered to us, it is suggested that you use a postal service which is able to trace the whereabouts of your goods once posted.
You may cancel you order in full before the order is dispatched by Shoe Sensations.
Shoe Sensations will refund you in full for the orders cancelled and will not charge you a cancellation fee. However, once the order is dispatched for delivery you are unable to cancel the order.
Shoe Sensations reserves the right to cancel your order if:
● You provide an unauthorised credit card
● We are unable to process payment on the credit card provided
● You provide invalid personal details
● If, when required, you cannot provide acceptable proof of identity
● The product has become unavailable
